Luxury Villa - Nel on park

Very nice! Positive: Very friendly host, perfect situated close to the beach and entertainment area in camps bay. Negative: Some interior looked quite used already. Nice sea view only from the penthouse room.

The unit itself is very nice and we enjoyed our stay Positive: we enjoyed the fact that there were bathrooms in each room. the set up was very nice. Loyce, the manager was very friendly and helpful and made herself available for any questions and assistance needed we loved the modern feel. enjoyed the balcony very much, we just wish we had better weather so we could have used the pool Negative: There were a few things we noted: 1. Items like egg lifters and dishracks were not available in the kitchen 2. There were a few things broken in the house: the string for the blinds upstairs, the door handle in a bedroom downstairs, the projectors 3. the linen and towels were badly stained and it was not nice knowing we had to climb into bed with linen full of marks and stains. for the price paid, the white linen should be spotless. 4. the staircases are a safety risk because there are no railings. my mom had a stroke 3 years ago and found the stairs very difficult to use because there was nothing to hold onto 5. the drive way is also a problem, as you pull the car into the garage, the towbar scrapes badly along the drive way. you can clearly see marks from previous guests cars.

Unterkunft nicht gut gepflegt, teuer, jedoch gute Lage. Positive: Sehr gute Lage. Negative: Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Sauberkeit war nicht ausreichend für den Preis. Dusche läuft nicht ab und Pool war nicht sauber. Würde es nicht mehr buchen.

Positive: The property was beautiful and great for a group with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location and walk ability to downtown Camps Bay was very convenient! The staff were also wonderful and very accommodating to ensure we were well prepared to arrive Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property! For future visits it would be helpful if the property had extra towels as well as some basic cooking items (oil, salt, pepper) on stock for those that want to cook.
