Super schönes Haus in Strandnähe - ideal als Familie für Kapstadt Urlaub Positive: Traumhafte Lage in Camps Bay, eigene Garage, viel Platz und schöne Einrichtung - sehr warmherziges Team für Reinigung und Support Negative: Die Lage war sehr gut, leider war im Guesthouse nebenan sehr viel nächtlicher Betrieb (Party?) und großer Lärm, großes Pech während unsers Aufenthalts, so zwei Nächte wenig Nachtruhe (bis 5h früh) durch rücksichtslose Gäste nebenan. Ebenso Pech war ein defekt an dem Stromverteiler im Haus - dies bedeutete 12h (von Mitternacht bis mittags Samstag) kein Strom, kein Licht, kein warmes Wasser, kein WLAN etc. Bis dann ein Elektriker wieder den Schaden repariert hat. Außerdem ist das Lichtkonzept einem Haus dieser Ausstattung nicht würdig, grelles Licht, keine funktionierende Nachttischlampen in einem Zimmer.

Great location in Camps Bay Positive: Great location and plenty of space for everyone. You can easily walk to the local beach and shops/ cafes. Negative: The kitchen was poorly equipped to prepare food and serve it. Blunt knives, limited serving bowls or platters for large groups. There was no soaps in the bathrooms so we had to purchase these ourselves. There was only one set of keys for 8 of us to share and then a few days later we had 2 sets. A better entry system or more sets of keys would be helpful for a large group.

Fabulous! Positive: Everything from location, size of rooms, security and hosts availability. It was a lovely house, simple in decor but perfect for our needs Having laundry done for us was a absolute bonus and totally unexpected We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Negative: Hot water system did not always meet our needs. Lack of shower in one upstairs bedroom. These are very small matters because we really loved the house, it totally met our needs and the location to beach shops bars and restuarants was excellent
